Welcome to Sentinel. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, digital products, and associated services. By accessing or using Sentinel, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. License and Usage of Digital Assets
Grant of License: Upon purchasing access to the platform or downloading our digital templates, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal or commercial projects.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the source files, interface elements, or Sentinel components as standalone digital assets or templates on any third-party marketplaces.
2. Account Registration and Security
As a security-focused platform, we require users to provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payments and Billing
Access to premium platform features or specific digital assets is provided subject to the applicable fees and chosen plans.
Payments are processed securely in advance. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time, with prior notice provided to active subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloadable digital assets and web templates, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are strictly limited to instances where the product contains critical technical errors that our support team is unable to resolve. Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" once a digital file has been downloaded.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, including but not limited to visual interfaces, graphics, design elements, code, and the overall platform architecture, is the exclusive property of Sentinel and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Sentinel products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the templates or platform.
In no event shall our maximum liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the products exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in this jurisdiction.
